This helmet carries dual homologation, which means it has passed the safety standards that apply in the United States and across Europe, the UK and Australia. Both labels are stitched into the chin strap.
The federal standard every helmet sold for road use in the US must meet. It sets the baseline for how much energy a shell has to absorb before it passes anything on to your head.
Independent labs test batches of production helmets before they can be sold, rather than relying on the manufacturer's own word. It is the stricter of the two standards and the more demanding to pass.
Helmet sizes have nothing to do with your clothing size. They are based on the circumference of your head in centimetres, so take one measurement before you order and you will almost certainly land on the right size.

The visor is the part of a full-face you interact with on every ride. This one comes off and back on in under a minute without tools, and the ventilation is set up to keep it clear when the temperature drops.
A chin bar buys you protection and quiet, and costs you some airflow. Here is exactly what that trade-off feels like on the road, so there are no surprises the first time you ride it in summer traffic.
Draws air in at the front and sends most of it up the inside of the visor, where it clears fog before it forms.
Feed cool air straight onto your forehead and scalp — the area that heats up first and fastest.
Grooves moulded into the impact liner carry that air backwards across the top of your head instead of letting it stall.
Low pressure behind the shell pulls warm, damp air out. Without an exit, intakes on their own do very little.
This is the quiet end of the range. The chin bar and the sealed visor break up airflow before it reaches your ears, which is the single biggest difference between a full-face and anything open. On a long ride it is the reason you arrive less worn out.
Most of the noise that does get through is turbulence rolling off your screen and shoulders rather than the helmet itself. A rider tucked behind a tall touring screen and a rider on a naked bike will describe the same helmet completely differently.
The chin curtain closes off the gap under the chin bar and makes a noticeable difference on the motorway. Leave it in for winter, take it out for summer.

One thing worth saying plainly. Every helmet on this site is certified, and certification is a floor rather than a ranking. A full-face covers more of your head than the other two styles, and that difference is real. But the helmet that actually protects you is the one you reach for every time you ride, so pick the style you will genuinely wear.
Wrap a soft tape measure around your head about 1cm above your eyebrows and ears — the widest point of your skull. Keep the tape level and note the measurement in centimetres, then match it to our size chart. If you don't have a tape, use a piece of string and lay it flat against a ruler.
Go with the smaller size. The comfort liner compresses roughly 3–5mm over the first few rides, so a helmet that feels snug on day one will settle into the right fit. A helmet that feels comfortable straight out of the box is usually too big.
Firm and even pressure all the way around, with no hot spots on your forehead or temples. Your cheeks should be lightly compressed. With the strap fastened, try rolling the helmet forward off your head — if it moves more than a few centimetres, size down.
Yes. Every full-face helmet is a squeeze to put on, because the opening has to be smaller than your head to hold the shell in place at speed. Pull the strap edges outward as you slide it on. If it's a struggle to get past your ears but comfortable once seated, the size is right.

The visor has an anti-fog treatment and the chin vent directs airflow across the inside of the screen. In cold or wet conditions, crack the visor to its first detent at low speed to clear it. If you ride year-round in cold weather, a Pinlock insert is the most effective fix.
Yes. The visor is removable with a standard side-plate mechanism and takes clear, tinted and iridium replacements. Swapping takes under a minute with no tools.
Warmer than an open-face, since the chin bar restricts airflow across your face. Open all vents and it stays manageable in moving traffic, but stop-and-go riding in high heat will be noticeably warmer. Riders in hot climates often keep an open-face for city use.
Most frames fit, though it takes more effort than an open-face — you'll usually need to put the helmet on first, then slide your glasses in through the eye port. Slim, straight arms work best; thick or heavily curved arms can press against the cheek pads.
Yes. The liner has recessed pockets for standard speaker units and the shell edge accepts clamp-style mounts.
Considerably. The chin bar and sealed visor cut wind noise a lot, which makes a real difference on longer rides. It's still worth wearing earplugs at motorway speeds — no helmet brings noise down to a safe level on its own.
It's certified to both DOT (US) and ECE (Europe, UK, Australia), which covers the vast majority of riders. Certification labels are stitched into the strap. Some regions have additional local requirements, so check your local road authority if you're unsure.
Remove the pads and hand wash in cool water with mild soap, then air dry away from direct heat. Never put a liner in the tumble dryer. Clean the visor with warm water and a soft cloth only — glass cleaner and solvents strip the anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings, and can weaken the shell finish.
Replace it roughly every five years from the date of first use, or immediately after any impact — even a drop from handlebar height. The EPS foam inside works by crushing once, so a helmet that's already taken a hit won't protect you the same way again, regardless of how it looks from the outside.

It arrived in uk in 8 days. i connected it via relay so it comes on with ignition. install took less than 30 minutes. screen is bright and connected to my phone straight away. for less than £50 it’s a bargain.

Perfect for a Voge 800dsx (I have added another mount to the original one to anchor it to the bar). It works perfectly with Google Maps and OsmAnd. I bought the 7-inch model and it works without any issues with the USB port on the bike itself.
Very good for how cheap it is. It's going quite well. The only thing I would say is that they should add more support for sport bikes, which you have to attach from the hole in the top seat post of the bike. In my case, I had to buy that support elsewhere. And apart from that, I had to make a jumper with the motorcycle's light installation so that, when I turn on the motorcycle's ignition, it turns on or off automatically, because if you connect it directly to the battery, it will always be on and constantly draining the battery.
The screen is perfect! However, the bracket is much too big, so I made my own that fits better.
Works super fast, connected on the first try. CarPlay works great. The downside is that there is no Ukrainian language option. The upside is that the 5-inch model works perfectly with a regular 5-volt USB. It consumes only 2.5W.
I got the 7 inch screen its the best. Can control the phone calls etc change music the screen is very responsive
Nice little unit, small screen, unobtrusive, good processing speed. Nice cheap way to add android auto/apple carplay and keep my phone safe in my pocket.
The case is 5" but not the screen. For the 5" case, the screen actually measures 11cm x 6cm.
The packaging is not suitable for protecting the box.

I took the time to test the device more thoroughly in order to answer several questions I had.
Is it USB? Officially not. However, it works perfectly via USB if you power it that way (I'm talking about the 5-inch model). Its consumption is about 0.5 A, which is still low, so there is no problem with a USB power supply.
The connectivity is fast and the setup is effortless. Very satisfied with my purchase!
