WHAT RIDERS OFTEN ASK

How do I measure for the right size?

Wrap a soft tape measure around your head about 1cm above your eyebrows and ears — the widest point of your skull. Keep the tape level and note the measurement in centimetres, then match it to our size chart. If you don't have a tape, use a piece of string and lay it flat against a ruler.

I'm between two sizes. Which should I order?

Go with the smaller size. The comfort liner compresses roughly 3–5mm over the first few rides, so a helmet that feels snug on day one will settle into the right fit. A helmet that feels comfortable straight out of the box is usually too big.

How should it feel when it fits correctly?

Firm and even pressure all the way around, with no hot spots on your forehead or temples. Your cheeks should be lightly compressed. With the strap fastened, try rolling the helmet forward off your head — if it moves more than a few centimetres, size down.

Do you offer exchanges if the size is wrong?

Yes. Exchanges are free within 60 days and we cover the cost of sending your replacement out.

Is an open-face helmet as safe as a full-face?

No, and we won't tell you otherwise. An open-face helmet protects the top, back and sides of your head to the same certified standard, but leaves your chin and jaw exposed. It's a deliberate trade-off that riders make for visibility, airflow and the classic look. If you ride at high speed or want maximum coverage, choose a full-face.

Can I add a visor or goggles?

Yes. The shell is drilled for standard three-snap peaks and bubble shields, and works with any goggles that fit over an open-face profile. We'd recommend eye protection on every ride — without a screen, wind, grit and insects become a real issue above 50km/h.

Is it noisy at speed?

Open-face helmets are louder than full-face by design, since there's no chin bar to break up airflow. Most riders find it comfortable around town and on back roads, and pair it with earplugs for motorway stretches.

Does it work with glasses?

Yes, easily — this is one of the practical advantages of an open-face. There's no cheek pad to fight your temples when putting glasses on or taking them off.

Can I fit a Bluetooth intercom?

Yes. The liner has enough clearance for standard slim speaker units, and the shell edge accepts clamp-style mounts.

Is this helmet road legal where I live?

It's certified to both DOT (US) and ECE (Europe, UK, Australia), which covers the vast majority of riders. Certification labels are stitched into the strap. Some regions have additional local requirements, so check your local road authority if you're unsure.

How do I clean the liner?

Remove the pads and hand wash in cool water with mild soap, then air dry away from direct heat. Never put a liner in the tumble dryer, and never use solvents on the shell — they can weaken the finish and the material beneath it.

How long does a helmet last?

Replace it roughly every five years from the date of first use, or immediately after any impact — even a drop from handlebar height. The EPS foam inside works by crushing once, so a helmet that's already taken a hit won't protect you the same way again, regardless of how it looks from the outside.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship worldwide. Orders leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days and arrive within 7–10 business days, tracked door to door. Shipping is free on orders over $100.

What if something's wrong with my order?

Email support@bikerforge.com with your order number and we'll get back to you within one business day.

Looks fantastic on my bike. the 8" fits perfectly between the handlebars on my mutt mastiff.

It works very well, it connects automatically to the phone. The 5-inch screen is enough to view the GPS and to receive calls or messages.

Received quickly. Very comprehensive and effective installation kit.
For my part, it's for mounting on an enduro motorcycle, so there's little space. Finally, assembly with a bit of work involved.
Very satisfied. Very easy to grasp.
Great quality!

For its price, it's a top-notch monitor, the image quality is excellent, CarPlay works perfectly, I recommend it. It also looks very nice. It's mounted on the motorcycle handlebar with a mount from the manufacturer Fanaue, simply top-notch, I recommend it.

Stevie Denesik

Great device for the money, connected it via the ignition lock and frame ground, works perfectly, highly recommend.

Perfect for a Voge 800dsx (I have added another mount to the original one to anchor it to the bar). It works perfectly with Google Maps and OsmAnd. I bought the 7-inch model and it works without any issues with the USB port on the bike itself.

Very good for how cheap it is. It's going quite well. The only thing I would say is that they should add more support for sport bikes, which you have to attach from the hole in the top seat post of the bike. In my case, I had to buy that support elsewhere. And apart from that, I had to make a jumper with the motorcycle's light installation so that, when I turn on the motorcycle's ignition, it turns on or off automatically, because if you connect it directly to the battery, it will always be on and constantly draining the battery.

The screen is perfect! However, the bracket is much too big, so I made my own that fits better.

Works super fast, connected on the first try. CarPlay works great. The downside is that there is no Ukrainian language option. The upside is that the 5-inch model works perfectly with a regular 5-volt USB. It consumes only 2.5W.

I got the 7 inch screen its the best. Can control the phone calls etc change music the screen is very responsive

Nice little unit, small screen, unobtrusive, good processing speed. Nice cheap way to add android auto/apple carplay and keep my phone safe in my pocket.

T

The case is 5" but not the screen. For the 5" case, the screen actually measures 11cm x 6cm.

The packaging is not suitable for protecting the box.

Works great on my cfmoto 675nk

D

Received very quickly and perfectly in line with the description!
I took the time to test the device more thoroughly in order to answer several questions I had.

Is it USB? Officially not. However, it works perfectly via USB if you power it that way (I'm talking about the 5-inch model). Its consumption is about 0.5 A, which is still low, so there is no problem with a USB power supply.

The connectivity is fast and the setup is effortless. Very satisfied with my purchase!
